What We Do
BAYSIDE AMUSEMENT is constantly searching for the newest and most profitable pieces for each of its locations. Since each location is unique, each is custom fitted to insure that the location is reaching its maximum earning potential. We’ve been in this business for quite some time, so we know what our customers need in order to reach the maximum in profitability. But we know that in order to run such a first-rate company, it is customer service that is first and foremost. Our customers know that if they have a problem, they can contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and have one of our tech repairmen on site within 24 hours. Ultimately, it is the power of customer service that has made us number one in the industry.
BAYSIDE AMUSEMENT doesn’t want every game location in town. We don’t compete against ourselves. When we agree to provide games for a location, we compete only against other operators and locations. We solicit and support carefully selected locations and compete for the entertainment revenue in those venues. The result is a high net sales return for your location and the ability to attract repeat and new customers with this value added service.
